Global Cloud Media (Pvt) Ltd is a Sri Lankan technology company specialising in software for enterprises and growing SMEs. Since 2017, we have served over 450 clients, helping them manage complex operations, improve customer experiences, and prepare for growth.
We design and develop custom software, ERP and CRM systems, websites, and business communication platforms. By understanding each client’s processes and goals, we build solutions that work at the scale they need today and can evolve as their business grows. Our focus is on practical, reliable technology supported by a lasting partnership.
What began in 2017 as a commitment to helping businesses use technology more effectively has grown into a broader offering of software and communication solutions. Each step in our journey has been shaped by the changing needs of our clients.
Global Cloud Media started as a small company with a clear goal: to help businesses establish and grow their digital presence. Our early work focused on website development, e-commerce platforms, and essential software solutions tailored to each client's needs.
We expanded our work into custom software built around the daily operations of growing businesses. During this period, we focused on ERP development and launched AtlasONE ERP as a production ready platform. By working closely with clients and improving the system around their needs, we grew our customer base from around 20 to 100.
We broadened our capabilities across ERP, CRM, and digital solutions, helping clients manage their operations and customer relationships more effectively. We also launched FITSMS, a platform that lets businesses integrate SMS into their own systems and services. FITSMS grew to serve over 600 active clients.
As demand for flexible business communications grew, we launched the Cloud Telecom platform and established Cloud Telecom (Pvt) Ltd under Global Cloud Media. The platform made it easier for businesses to set up cloud-based call centres and telecommunications systems, including AI-powered capabilities. Cloud Telecom grew to serve over 1,600 customers.
Our Cloud Telecom business partnered with Hutch Sri Lanka to bring advanced cloud communications to more businesses. Through this partnership, we launched Hutch Cloud Connect, a CRM platform that brings customer management and business communications together.
In January 2026, we launched AtlasONE 2.0, a major evolution of our ERP platform with SaaS capabilities. The release made it easier for enterprises and growing SMEs to access, scale and manage the systems they need, while continuing our focus on practical software that supports daily operations and customer relationships.
